Information about the new Hanford Mead Website
Welcome the new Hanford Mead website. As you see, the site has been completely redesigned, with a new look and many new features. For example, all of our audio CDs are now available directly from the site as digital downloads, and the price for these is lower than the price for the CD version.
All existing customer accounts have been transferred over to the new site, however we were not able to transfer the order history or the existing passwords. The first thing to do is to log in to your account. (NOTE: if you have never ordered from us in the past, just create a new account. But if you have ordered in the past, please follow the procedure to log in to that account, as the system will not allow you to create a new account if you already have one). To log in, follow these steps:
- Go to the Login page and click on the “Lost your Password?” link.
- Fill out your email address and click on “Reset password.”
- Check your email for the message with the reset link. If you do not see it right away, be sure to check your spam folder.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your pw and get logged in. If you continue to have problems, please email info@hanfordmead.com for support.
Once logged in, click on My Account and then click on Addresses to edit your Billing and Shipping addresses. This will make it easier to check out.
Now you should be able to shop, add items to the Shopping Cart, and check out as usual.
